A Wasatch County woman underwent emergency surgery Saturday following a climbing fall. Officials said the 20-year old woman was rock climbing with a group at Wasatch Mountain State Park when she fell and hit her head 20 feet below.
The app, named Hate Incident Reporting System, allows users to report hate crimes or hate incidents to a secure database for research. The creators differentiated between hate crime and hate incident, because not every instance of hate is illegal.
