    @Fully Present:

    Although the victims should sue the principal, if the school board or other administrators had notice of prior abuse and didn't take steps to stop it, the school should be held liable, too. Hoping that an abuser will eventually reform is not only foolish, but predictably puts even more kids in harm's way.

    Weber ruined young lives. Ruined. And the school system that was supposed to protect them, failed to do so. Millions should go to those kids. It won't make them whole, but it will go a long way to helping. People that turned a blind eye and allowed Weber to continue should be sued into oblivion since they can't be charged criminally.

    He and the other victims should sue the principal for every penny he has. He is the problem.
