    If even 1/2 of her allegations are true, this will be an ugly mess for cr england. Not enough zeros can be added to the settlement check, and many businesses boycotting them is a real possibility.

    $300,000 is a very small sum, the company should be sued for much more. When the woman was assaulted and she reported it, the rape crisis workers should have been called in and the woman should have been taken to the hospital. The truck should have been detained and the man who committed the crime should have been taken by police right then for questioning. The whole thing was mishandled, especially having her sign away her rights for compensation-- very shady and dishonest for that company.

    Other sources report that other England employees reported other cases about this guy and were ignored. She's only asking for 300K. Pay her. They will get millions in bad publicity in the long run if they don't settle. Look for more #MeToo women. This is not good.
