    The other Environmental layers of stacked deterioration I mentioned were from Fracking and increased Truck traffic, which specifically would contribute to Methane Gas leakage and Diesel fumes, respectively. We also fail to realize that for every Crude Oil/Nat Gas E&P operation, there will be several Diesel fueled electric generators, portable Concrete and Asphalt plants and not enough Air/Water quality monitoring equipment to track. Have we learned anything about impacts of Crude Oil/Nat Gas E&P on Cardio-pulmonary, Respiratory and Pre-natal LOCAL stakeholders (Deseret News had a 3 part series on Uinta Basin morbidity a few years ago)? Where are our Utah DAQ and Federal EPA exercising their regulatory opinions, and where will the Air/Water Quality BASELINE monitors be placed? Will Utah Legislators fund these? I did not get enough time to identify these in my interview with Deseret News...
