    It all makes sense ro me! I love being outside, but the things of life keep me from getting out the way this article encourages. I need to do better.

    I can totally relate to this information. I feel it is certainly true with myself. Outdoors helps me regenerate my spirit and emotional wellbeing which is one reason why I love living in Utah with all its outdoor activities. Perhaps this study helps us understand why there is so much craziness going on in the world the past several decades as people have become less agricultural and more urban and children are spending so much more time with electronic devices than playing outside.
