I think I needed this article. Both my wife and I are in the target group at risk of falls. Time for me to do an assessment.

Thanks for the writing and publishing.

This article should once again raise our awareness that the American Healthcare System is now nothing more than an empire building enterprise. Until we Americans do something to force the providers of healthcare to lower their costs (profits) nothing will happen. Healthcare was never intended to be about capitalism - we have just allowed it to morph into that kind of an entity. One only has to look at the current law suits aimed at the price fixing drug companies to realize that we have been taken for a ride because we are vulnerable when we are sick and the healthcare empire takes advantage of our vulnerabilities. We must all stand up and say enough-is-enough! No other country in the world allows their healthcare system to profiteer the way America does. Are we fools or what?

Go for it, Jimmy! When you get over this most recent set-back, make up for the lost turkey hunt and go twice just for spite. Sitting back and letting the rocking-chair take over is an even more certain path to an early grave.

When your 94, you don't go turkey hunting. They put you in a chair, slide you up to the TV, put in a video about turkey hunting........and then tell you.....you're turkey hunting.
