    @worf
    You do realize that the competitive edge China has is that they're bringing cheap things here, right?

    @Impartial7,
    Limiting trade with slave labor-communist China is bringing America down? We'll beg a slave country for its products?
    Pretty sad! Let America make its own hundred dollar shoes and clothing!"

    You don't get it, worf. You're just parroting Trump's tweets. If we started making our own shoes and clothing, those hundred dollar shoes will be 300 dollar shoes. WE (American businesses and corporations) moved their manufacturing, as well as Corporation HQ's (on paper) overseas. They use cheap labor and shelter their profits from US taxes. We no longer have the equipment to make our own stuff, nor the will to pay a living wage. WE created the Chinese manufacturing monster. Now, American citizens will be paying a lot more for the same products from China. BTW. Guess where Ivanka has all of her stuff made? Yep. China. Making China Greater.

    China has stiff tariffs on anything from the US. President Trump is spot on with China's heavily one sided trade policies! Fair trade or no trade.

    Great idea, but remember that it was American companies seeking cheaper goods and higher profits that shifted much of our production to China and other countries.

    Trump tweeted:

    "Such an easy way to avoid Tariffs? Make or produce your goods and products in the good old USA. It’s very simple!"

    Someone introduce Trump to the 21st century.

    The trouble with Trump, is that he's willing to take the country down with him. His favorite tool is a flamethrower. He's the kind of kid that would destroy his favorite toy before he was asked to share it with his siblings. Get him out.
