" Just like the Supreme court must have a 2 vote majority to pass judgement on a constitutional issue."
Do all the 5-4 decisions just disappear? The rest of the comment is equally erroneous.

All this lovely pink showing support for strong, empowered women being allowed to make their choice reminds me of the Empire State Building being lit up in pink to celebrate the passage of law allowing a living, breathing newborn baby (outside and completely separate from the mother's body) to die. This is ultimately where the abortion moment has its logical conclusion. 18 weeks, 24 weeks...when you are celebrating the right to choose death for another human what's the difference?

What ever happened to majorly rule. Any more if the minority doesn’t like what is done, they sue and the court gives in regardless of the majority."

Our country has a constitution and a bicameral government. I'm betting that you'd have an issue if the majority of Americans voted to make, say, mormonism, illegal. Right?

Majority rule does not apply in Republican government of laws. This is not a democracy and majority is not an about tie breaking vote. In our Congresses and our laws the majorly is measured as 60% of the votes so that when you say majority it is clear and evident majority and not a one vote white wash.

The kind of democracy some of you think of as peoples choice is a false narrative and is how a dictatorship is created. One vote majority is not how we make laws or enforce laws and create government oversight. Just like the Supreme court must have a 2 vote majority to pass judgement on a constitutional issue. And what judges do say does not veto or remove a law from existence, only a constitutional conventions of 80 percent of representatives and 60 percent of states can change or approve of a constitutional amendment and can override the supreme courts interpretation.

Since 1972 more than 50 million babies have lost their lives. Where was the Bill of Rights protecting them?

    I M LDS 2:

    The Bill of Rights happened.

So the Bill of Rights allows the taking of 47.5 million children’s lives since 1972. Seems like killing those who have no say is quite extreme because the Bill of Rights allows it!

In the end, Utah will have shown that we love and respect women and women's rights, and that we fight for the unborn and the unborn's rights.
