    the meat is going to be tough and not succulent. A one to two pound lobster are the best tasting

    One, what are they feeding them to get them that big? Two, many marine biologists have been consulted about the least cruel way to kill a lobster. They agree there is really no humane way to kill these sensitive & unusual animals. When you boil them alive there is a pain response you can see with them. You can stab a sharp knife through the center of their back and cut straight through between their eyes. This is the quickest and least painful way to kill the lobster before boiling it. Costco makes they are dead for you. But, you have to consider what it took to get them into this place for you.

    I'm sorry. I'm not 'freaking out'. Just what exactly does that response entail?
