    This is tragic for everyone involved.
    The issue is also racially charged and politicized - I don’t care if it’s a black man or a white man who gets shot - if he’s engaged in criminal activity, and police suspect him to be armed, then they have a right to defend themselves. I’m glad we have law enforcement. We have laws. Let this be a message to people that breaking the law is dangerous.
