I am soooo sooooo glad that she isn't running. We just don't need more Clintons. They had their time, now go ride off into the sunset.... please.

Donald Willis Keyser earned over a year in prison when he “pled guilty to a three-count Criminal Information in which he admitted that he willfully and unlawfully removed classified documents and digital memory devices from the Department of State to his residence.”

United States Attorney Chuck Rosenberg stated that Keyser “had an absolute obligation to safeguard the classified information entrusted to him and utterly failed to do so.” He then added, “His (Keyser’s) sentence of imprisonment is a warning to others in positions of public trust.”

Just not Hillary Clinton. Again no one has ever been prosecuted for what Hillary did? Comey is guilty of Obstruction of Justice. If tried he will take Loretta Lynch down with him.

Petty Officer First Class Kristian Saucier used a cellphone camera to take photos in the classified engine room of a nuclear submarine. Then destroyed a laptop, camera and memory card after learning he was under investigation. He was indicted, one felony count of unlawful retention of national defense information and another felony count of obstruction of justice.

Maj. Jason Brezler was dismissed from the Marine Corps when he “accidentally took home 14 documents on his personal computer, some of which were classified.” Brezler was “in a graduate school class when he received an urgent email from military officials in Afghanistan and sent a specific document in response, using his personal email account.”

"You do leave out the bit about not another person found guilty of her errors of carelessness has ever been prosecuted, ever since the law was written."

Sandy Berger … pleaded guilty in 2005 to illegally sneaking classified documents from the National Archives.

Peter Van Buren, a foreign service officer for Hillary’s State Department, was fired and his security clearance revoked.

John Deutch, CIA director under President Clinton, was found to have classified information on a government-owned computer in his home several days after he left the CIA.

Bryan Nishimura of Folsom, California, pled guilty to the unauthorized removal and retention of classified materials “An FBI search of Nishimura’s home turned up classified materials, but did not reveal evidence he intended to distribute them.” The exact words used to clear Hillary of her misdeeds. Nishimura was sentenced to two years probation, fined $7,500.

lost in DC said: "I guess you did not listen to the list of her crimes when Mueller read the results his investigation into her."

Please do list her "crimes" there must be many, and they must be easy to explain since you and the far right act like she has murdered people (according to talk radio conservatives) and gotten away with it.

You do leave out the bit about not another person found guilty of her errors of carelessness has ever been prosecuted, ever since the law was written.

    Tater
Politicians have been attacking poverty, education, and infrastructure for generations. LBJ’s “war on poverty” has done nothing but rack up more debt with no real benefits.

Think there’s too much CO2? Either install a CO2 scrubber on your face or stop exhaling the stuff.

Losing republicans? You mean like the one hilary LOST to in 2016? Those losing republicans?

    Ralph
I guess you did not listen to the list of her crimes when Mueller read the results his investigation into her. Did anyone seriously think the injustice department headed by a BO appointee would actually prosecute her?

Without trump as their enemy, what would the dems do?

    Gaslight.

    Obstruct.

    Project.

Where is Huber? Comey in an act of obstruction of justice listed her crimes and then said he would not support an indictment. Hardly cleared in an era of Trump collusion with no evidence. Got to love Nadler that said he would not believe Mueller's report no mater what it says.

Democrats have been saying we need to let it go on till Mueller is done. Now they say they will not believe it no mater.

Thid Barker : "She would never pass the background investigations the Democrats demand of everyone else!"

    Riiiight.

The Republicans in Congress have been investigating her for years and years, on anything they could imagine, and what have they gotten on her? They got a ton of advertising revenue for Fox News and that's about it.

After seven congressional Benghazi investigations, 13 hearings and 50 briefings, what did they get on Hillary? Zilch, nada, zip.

Well, that's not exactly true. They got requests from the Republicans and Fox News viewers for more and more investigations into her, in perpetuity.

Without Hillary as their enemy, what will the Republicans do?

    Gaslight.

    Obstruct.

    Project.

You're so funny! She has been scrutinized by losing Republicans for the last 20 years.

Care to tell us what secret info you have that would disqualifying her from yet another investigation.

When you guys do the same thing over and over and come up with the same result, isn't that enough to satisfy you or do you just want it for pleasure?

None of the investigated Republicans on Trump's staff have been able to stand up to scrutiny. Arrests, guilty pleas, jail time...are all signs of the Republican party.

I'm glad Hillary is not running again. Too much baggage behind her. We need some newer and some younger faces with new ideas.

Like people that will attack the problems of global warming, environmental destruction, poverty, education and infrastructure.
