    According to FBI stats 80% of rape claims are malicious in nature. In other words many victims seek the attention or revenge on men who didn't do the deed.

    Re Latter day Saints Forever

    Yes let's throw people into prison at the time they are accused. If by chance they are able to prove they are innocent beyond a reasonable doubt, they can be let out at that time.

    I think that is a very good thing. I would also like to see fresh reviews done on cases of children that were sexually abused. Children should always be believed until proven other wise but sadly they are not.
