Suggesting that people are only supporting Medicaid expansion because they've bought into expensive advertising by special interests. Comparing Medicaid expansion to slavery. Stating that the protesters should not be allowed to participate in American politics...

I can't imagine why anybody would name-call someone with opinions like that.

I am aware my voice is significantly insignificant. The person with the loudest voice does not always win.

My mantra as far as my racing strategy as a runner has always been "put your two cents in at some point and try to shake things up."

That's the best most of us can do these days.

Great letter!! And of course, the hypocrites and the obtuse, remain clueless and drone on with their mindless accusations and innuendos. Wow!

"because American government isn’t about those who yell the loudest or bully others."

No, it's about who gives our politicians the most $$$ in campaign contributions.

I voted against this. I do not think it was in any way fiscally sound and I suuport those legislators who tried to find a way for it not to bankrupt our state.

"because American government isn’t about those who yell the loudest or bully others."

Really--isn't that how Trump became president. Apparently that's exactly how American politics is today, and the leader of your party epitomizes the opposite of what you claim. Maybe you should ponder on that fact for awhile before your try to remove the mote from other people's eyes.

“The organizations who are supporting this kind of behavior should not be allowed to participate in American politics, because American government isn’t about those who yell the loudest or bully others.”

Where was Cory’s letter in 2008-2012 when the tea party regularly yelled the loudest at town halls and bullied memebers of congress? Mike Lee owes his political career to those who yelled the loudest against Bob Bennett. If it weren’t for the count my vote reforms, Jon Johnson would be governor today instead of Herbert.

People are finding out that, in Utah, only a very few voices matter.
