    Actually it is the EU that has pushed May to the brink. And the economic consequences of a no-deal Brexit for the EU are likely to be worse than for the UK.

    If we get a no-deal Brexit, look for the Netherlands, Italy and others (perhaps even France) to look to get out of the EU. Brussels bureaucrats and Angela Merkel are largely to blame. The pressure for Brexit has been building for years and finally reached a boiling point.
