The Jazz should wait till the offseason and offer a big money multi year deal to
Demarcus Cousins if he plays well for the rest of the season with Golden State.
I agree with Little Andy, Davis has never played a full season. Markets like Utah have to pay max money to keep players like Hayward that were
good but not great. When their next pay day comes around the money is so much
that they can just take a little less and move to the all star teams of
superstars. I would never wish injury on anyone, especially the type that
Hayward suffered. You can't help but think that karma stepped in and now
Boston is paying max money for a below average bench player. I hope that Davis
does go to the Lakers and that neither he nor LeBron are able to accomplish the
intended result due to hamstrings and other such things that keep them in their
high priced suits while the Lakers pick up the tab.
Everyone would love to have Davis. But Jazz would have to send too much. Also
has Davis ever played in twenty straight games ?? He is really injury prone. The
fakers would have to send out too much of their young talent. And James is not
getting any younger. He has missed the last three weeks of the season due to
injury and I think with age the injuries are just starting with him. If they do
a trade I would like to see Kuzma come to the Jazz.
