    This suspect was on the path to this crime for years. Our system looks for rehabilitating people who commit crimes, some change and others don’t.

    Mr. Hoover got to the day of being an alleged murdered one day and one irresponsible act at a time. Thus the warrants that triggered this final event. What a waste.

    We all know the outcome-he will be convicted even if a team of lawyers try to pad their resumes by defending him.
    He will get room and board for the rest of his life, courtesy of Utah taxpayers.
