    Update:
    Dropped in at Village Inn in Provo and had free pie with my brunch. That's good pie! Many of these family restaurants and cafes use commercially produced pie crust that is too dense, overworked, with too much lard (or some such). But this pie had a nice, light, flaky crust, and delicious filling. Well done, Village Inn! Thanks for the free pie!

    Good pie is difficult to come by.

    These places have OK pie, but just OK. You want real, good pie, you have to find a custom bakery!

    Anyone have any recommendations?

    Banana cream pie is looking good.

    These restaurants are good. But I sure miss the best Pie around at Frontier Pies . I spent many a day there.
