    The state is thriving because the citizens of this state understand that they live in a land of vast opportunity... do not naysayers from the other side of the aisle dissuade you citizens of the great busy beehive state

    This is all well and good. People being employed is vital, but the low pay is what is keeping people from success. If you compare the pay in two identical jobs, one in Nevada and the same job in Utah, you will see a very significant decrease in Utah. I know of one man who managed a tire store in Las Vegas then moved to Utah and managed another tire store. His pay was $11/hr less in Utah. Doesn't anyone think this is a problem?
