Let our universities do this work. They have the expertise and the workers.

We spend billions on higher education with the finest labs and equipment known to man.

Why don't we use our higher education to do work?

I would be more than happy to volunteer to help get the backlog done. Considering the extreme violation of women and what they have to endure, it is unconscionable to not get this done immediately and get the perpetrators off the street and incarcerated for a lot longer than 5 years.

Why the delay? Come on Utah... get these processed... and timely!

I think here is a use for some of the "surplus" budget money. Clean up the backlog of unprocessed kits.

We hear finances are the reason kits are left unprocessed, well we're told there is a surplus, so here's a pressing need.

I would like to hear a good reason why this can't be done. Starting with this legislative session.
