    I don't get this statement at all. Everything I read about Bitcoin in its early days was all about the "block-chain" in which every single transaction was made public so everyone knew who had bitcoins and who didn't.

    I know at some point they claimed anonymity; but it still doesn't make sense if the whole purpose was to track a full chain of transactions (either mining or buying/selling) to ensure the integrity of the system as a whole.

    What a twisted tale - can't wait for the movie......and, there are messages here in this story if the reader pays attention. Yikes!
