My deepest condolences to the family and the community. My heart weeps for seven fatherless children and his widow. I question why he was deployed 4 times? Where is our leadership in this never ending war? Three US presidents have promised to end it. We as a country cannot continue to lose our best and brightest. Their families need them, our country needs them in case of a true emergency, not this. I am so so sorry.

This was indeed a very good man. And he leaves behind a beautiful family. I have had the privilege of meeting Jennie, a good friend of my daughter. We grieve greatly for her loss and pray the Lord will bless her and her darling children.

Mere words cannot adequately express my love and respect for this valiant servant of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It will be my pleasure to meet him some day. Thank you for your service to your community and our nation Mayor Major Taylor. May our Heavenly Father bless your beautiful family.

The man put his money where his mouth is. And, paid the ultimate sacrifice. Sounds like a great leader and a great family man. RIP, Sir.
