"City officials, Boyle added, have met with the Division of Air Quality to
make sure operations in the area are meeting their dust mitigation requirements.
" Yeah- that should help. The Utah DAQ has been underfunded, on
purpose, for decades. Many of their monitors have been broken for years making
it impossible to get good data- especially near the refineries. The people in
Utah government, that are supposed to protect the citizens, protect big business
polluters instead. It's borderline criminal.
