Try to imagine how little we care about Amy Schumer's opinions on anything.
Amy is smart and funny and topical. Do I make political decisions
based on her opinions? No. I do, however, listen to her as I would
any other activist voice - she has good information, and I’ve lifted and
used some of her lines to either explain a position or to respond to
rightwingers. And she’s funny. I get her humor.
Police brutality?Has anyone seen the murders and drug dealing in
Chicago and other large cities?Where are the police and law
enforcement? Doesn't look like police brutality!
Another reason to watch the Super Bowl. No Amy whatshername.
What some people will do for attention. I guess that is one of Hollywood's
tricks to get noticed. As far as an employee disrupting his or her work I think
an employer has the right to terminate their relationship, especially if it
continues to disrupt the normal scope of the business. Doubly so after telling
the employee to discontinue the political and social speech at work.
I take a knee and change the channel on NFL games!
I know who Amy Schumer is which gives me even more incentive to disregard
everything she says. She represents the very worst of Hollywood. Completely out
of touch is putting it mildly.
Amy is simply making a statement against nationalism and brute masculinity
sponsored and fostered by the NFL.

Amy Schumer? Does anyone really put any stock in what Amy Schumer thinks or
Who’s Amy Schumer? And who cares?
