    There are new companies emerging like Accolade , Grand Rounds and Doctors on Demand that have helped Comcast reduce its copays to 250$ while reducing overall healthcare costs rise to 1% per year compared to 3% per year for others .
    So innovation is already happening and monopolies that grew during 2010-2016 and were able to raise prices will face big challenge as new creative employers find ways to economize by finding facilities that charge less for outpatient services .
    Why pay 3500-4700 $ for colonoscopy when you can find facilities that charge only 1700$
