What does a historical disregard for the rules of the community have to do with an election? Is the message, We should be proud for ignoring the rights of others? Is he bragging about being removed? We all have exercised poor judgement at sometime, and most of us use it as a learning tool, rather than a merit badge.

Birdman, He didn't quit on entering office. There are many photo's of him taking smoke breaks during his administration.

My only real issue with this report is the lie that Obama has been silent since his election. He hasn't shut up since the election. Bush demonstrated how a former President should act when he steps down. We didn't hear a peep out of him. He was frequently asked by the press for opinions on how the Obama administration was running things and always replied that it was not his place to comment on the policies of his successor.

But not Obama, he's been working the speech trail (making bank) criticizing Trump every step of the way. He needs to look to W's example and sit down. His turn is over, his chosen successor failed to win. (Despite his Nixonian use of Federal agencies to spy on the Trump campaign).

"Trumps tax returns? It was proven he was or is under an audit. While under an audit, he can't release them. "

That's false. There's no reason he can't release them. The IRS even said that in February of 2016.

    @JaneB

    Laughable!

Obama ignored it because he couldn't defend it.

Very true about Trump and his extra curricular marital transgressions, and terrible comments. No argument there.

4000 lies, and you have these documented right. And I might make you aware, Trump hasn't even been in office for two years yet. 4000, now that is funny. I mean if it is 4000, maybe Benghazi cover up was worth, 2000, and lost email cover ups was worth another 2000, lets call it even.

And I will give you the Twitter thing. He should get off of Twitter. WW3, laughable, babysitter, laughable, watching TV, you are really stretching, laughable. And acting presidential. C'mon, Obama acted more like a movie star than presidential. And I will say also, Trump acts like a movie star. But the reason I like Trump. He is not a politician, he is just a guy who loves America and is trying to do what is best for America. Not what is best for politics or one side of the isle. And with that said, I don't want to hear anything about SC Nominee Kavanaugh, everybody knows he is the most qualified of anyone out there. It's simple just do the research.

So the comment section has devolved into Trump vs Obama. Okay. Trump fans, you can't win this one.

When Trump came after Obama with fake news, like birtherism, no college transcripts, he is a Muslim, etc., Obama didn't play. He acted like a leader, and ignored it. The onslaught went on for years.

Obama is a good father and husband. He didn't pay off porn stars or cheat on his wife who just had a baby. He never admitted on tape to being a sexual predator, because he isn't.

Obama didn't have over 4000 lies to his name after two years in office. Obama didn't need his own administration to stop him from starting WW3. Obama didn't need a babysitter.

Obama didn't mouth off on twitter all day. Obama didn't watch TV all day.

In short, Obama, with all his faults and ego, still acted like a president.

"Probably the same people that hide Trump's tax returns."

I guess then they are the "same people" that hide Barry's college transcripts and admission papers. Maybe they are the "same people" that deleted Hillary's emails. Maybe they are the "same people" that are Russian Collusion. It might even be the "same people" that carried the weapons across the border in Fast and Furious.

This kind of garbage can go on and on. However, it is the response to comments like this that make people look foolish. Let it go already. There is heaping tons of garbage on both sides of the isle. Republicans need to start owning up to things that they made a mess of, and so do Democrats.

Trumps tax returns? It was proven he was or is under an audit. While under an audit, he can't release them. Barry's college papers, why were they hidden? Hillary's emails, why were they deleted? Why did Benghazi really happen? What really happened with Russia and election?

It is all getting old that we continue to defend one side of the isle filled with a bunch of liars. I personally think nobody should turn out and vote to send a message, we are not going to put up with it anymore.

    The Obama Administration?

1 - Lowest labor participation rate since the 70’s
2 - Lowest homeownership rate in 51 years
    3 - Worse recovery since the ’40s
4 - 13 million more Americans on food stamps
5 - Eight million more Americans in poverty
6 - Took on more debt than every other president before him combined
7 - Bowed to the leader of a country that beheads homosexuals.
8 - "If you like your healthcare plan you can keep your healthcare plan. Period!"
9 - Went from 'Hope and Change' to 'Whoa is me! I inherited this mess!'
10 - More waste, fraud, and abuse than any President before him.
    11- The Pigford settlement.
12 - The most politicized and weaponized DOJ ever.
    13 - 'Dear Colleague' letters.
14- Race riots not seen since the 60's.

BTW - before the plethora of liberals jump in and shout 'Bush! It was all Bush's fault!' The mortgage crisis was a combination of Clinton's Community Reinvestment Act ('Everyone gets a mortgage!') and Jamie Gorelick and Franklin Raines and their monetization of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Guess who they worked for?

Funny story. I agree with him as well on the one individual comment. Plenty of folks thought the world was ending when Obama was elected, and plenty of folks think the same now that Trump has been elected. Guess what, we are all still here.

    Legal:
"American citizens would be much better served to know why his college and other records were sealed? Who did it and who paid for it? "

Rather than taking something at face value and repeating what I hear on the radio or TV, I go looking for facts.

First and foremost, It is against federal law for schools to release (the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974) any former student’s records to reporters or members of the public without that person’s specific, written permission. Like most or all other presidential candidates, Obama chose not to release those records.

Obama did release 11 years of tax returns.

Trump records? Trump tax returns? zero, zilch

Unlike Trump, Obama is able to acknowledge some bad/foolish things he did in the past, including other things he wrote about in his book, "Dreams of My Father."

Congrats on quitting when taking office, it’s one of the most difficult accomplishments. Also Thanks for your professionalism while in office. think former President Obama was over criticized over false information and did his best as an individual for this country. Glad we didn’t get trump after Bush.

We see what his political legacy and heritage really is---great orator, and THAT IS ALL. Why would anyone be proud that they got kicked out of Disneyland for smoking, which was against their policy, of all things? That really made a statement at the time, didn't it, but that's what we've come to adore about him--making statements.

Trump is a duplicitous narcissist, and there are many things to find wrong with him. But, don't you think it looks foolish to imply that this college hi-jinks is the only thing that could possibly be found wrong with Obama. Seriously? Are today's liberals really this naive and myopic?

Now before Lib on Planet Somewhere gets on here and starts accusing me of questioning Obama's place of origin (a made-up fantasy s/he has yet to prove because s/he can't), I just want to point out that I criticized Trump first lol. I would hate my Independent voter status be called into question again by someone who doesn't understand what an Independent voter actually is/believes in.

He seems curiously proud of his actions, flouting the rules of civilized society. It clearly illustrates the origins of the Obama "I've got a phone and a pen" doctrine, as well as his opposition to Judge Kavanaugh's penchant for the Rule of Law.

Every other president had sit down and shut up after their Presidency. Even Bill Clinton, who refrained from criticizing his successors for the most part. Not Obama, naturally. Oh no--the man who cannot speak without it all being about "I, myself, me" has decided to take on Trump.

By the way, I am sure that the leftists here will descend with fury on Obama for using military analogies like "Put on your marching boots and march forth." They attack Trump, Palin, everyone else--surely they will be consistent and not hypocritical.

    Right? Right? Bueller?

Meanwhile, the first thing I thought of was 1984 and the promise of the left: imagine a boot stomping on a human face forever. Except that the face will have free healthcare so they can fix you up to get stomped on more!
