    @Craig Clark
"From what I've been seeing and hearing about Brett Kavanaugh, the picture emerging is one of a smooth operator who is evasive, deceitful and unlikely to impartially rule on Constitutional issues. "

Interesting; from what I am seeing; Brett Kavanaugh is fine, but the intolerant left is still apoplectic regarding Hillary's loss and will stoop to anything to destroy anything Trump does.
I.e. Stephen Colbert complaining that Brett sounds like a frat boys name - and Brett bought baseball tickets with a credit card - oh, the horror.

Brett Kavanaugh is certainly more qualified that Elena Kagan who had been a clerk, dean and teacher, but not a judge

Failure to conform to left-wing dogma is not a credibile indiactor of impartiality

It will be interesting to see how many votes the democrats lost coming into the midterm elections based on their antics in the Senate Chamber during the Kavanaugh hearings.

The hecklers certainly didn't help the democratic party.

    Make no mistake.
    1) Kavanaugh will be confirmed
2)When issues are close he will vote to:
    a. support business interests over individuals
    b. support economic interests over environmental ones
    c. advance straight over LGBT interests
    d. sustain greater executive power
    e. protect Donald Trump
    f. support states who attempt to enact voter suppression statutes
    g. strengthen Citizen's United
    h. overturn Roe v Wade
    i. end requirements to cover preexisting conditions
just like the current majority on the court.

    Elections have consequences

From what I've been seeing and hearing about Brett Kavanaugh, the picture emerging is one of a smooth operator who is evasive, deceitful and unlikely to impartially rule on Constitutional issues.

Kavanaugh falls short of the essential demonstrated qualifications for even being considered for the Supreme Court. But what's most alarming of all is that virtually all of the support he is getting is less support for him as a jurist than wild enthusiasm for the man who selected him for reasons that are entirely political.

It's looking more and more as if we won't have to wait very long to find out if Kavanaugh will protect trump or protect America.

just let him be a jurist like he knows the law.

I like what I’m seeing and learning about Brett Kavanaugh! The more the bitter liberals scream, the more convinced I am he’s the right man for the job

    God bless America
    God bless president Trump
    Go bless Brett Kavanaugh
