The Wildcats will not have A chance at winning this game. Jay and his Cats should have several chances at winning. If Weber's new quarterback can play near the same level that Cantwell did last year, the Cat's will really test the Utes. The biggest question mark for the Cats, I believe, is at quarterback. Cantwell left some massive shoes to fill... The utes obviously have the most talent, however, the Cats are loaded with talent as well. Love the Cats!

    Go Wildcats! Play well.

Wish both teams well, and hope both get the experience that they both need for a successful season.

Good luck to Coach Hill and the Wildcats. By all accounts, Hill is the kind of coach you hope your kids get to play for. Best wishes for a successful season. 👍

Great to see Weber on the rise in the FCS and in the state of Utah!

As far as where Weber is at in the local college football landscape, I think they stack up very well... they're fighting for that #2 spot with USU.

Not saying that it WILL happen, but WSU is becoming the type of program that will one day pull off an Appalachian State App-set. The elements are there for The Wildcat program to stay a D2 Elite and be rated highly in Sagarin. They look more and more like a solid program that can be expected to reload rather than rebuild and attract good crowds. I see this in SUU as well. I know the Utes will treat this team with respect and prep for Thursday with energy and commitment--because an App-set is something a team never forgets or lives down.

“This isn’t likely Utah’s best team in history, but it is picked second in the Pac-12 South.”

This’ll easily be our deepest/most talented team we’ve ever fielded.

WSU has ZERO chance of coming even remotely close to beating us.

However, good luck to Coach JH/WSU after Game 1.....I suspect they’ll dominate the FCS ranks this year.....Enjoy your HC while you have him, because he won’t be there for long.

    Go Utes!

Looking for Weber State to pull off an Appalachian State like shocker.
