    Oh my goodness, people. Get a grip. If you want an article to help your son with anxiety, you can literally copy/paste this very useful, very informative article into a word processor and use ctrl-h to find every she/her with he/his and then it will read perfectly for you and will give you exactly what you are looking for to help your son.

    this is great, but boys in this country are in as bad a shape or worse when it comes to anxiety... look at their school stats, primary and secondary, professional career stats... it is tough out there

    You haven't figured out by now that society does not value the male gender? When was the last time you heard that more boys need to enter the XYZ profession? When was the last time you read an article about helping boys cope with stress, anxiety, depression, etc. I could go on, but I think you get the point.

    Get them off their phones and social media and out getting some outdoor\adventure therapy!

    Why all the focus on girls and anxiety? Do we think young men don't have anxiety or are you just trying to be sexist? My boy struggles big time. It's not just a girl thing.
