Certainly a lot of price gouging going on with rental prices, cost of buying. A
lot of greed.
This article gets it exactly right. But I wish someone would address the idea
that unrestricted growth is predictably a disaster in light of our limited water
resources. At some point, it seems rational to conclude that growth will become
problematical if we end up having to ration water.
