    Opinions are mine:

How? With the law, thats how.

You call that question 'serious'? That was easy. Any more questions?

"If you claim that he is "doing harm", then that implies you can judge what "harm" is, which is a judgement in itself."

Yes, I am making judgements. I do it every day. So what? Dont you?

Its really sad that you simply cant come up with a better reason not to lie, cheat, steal, rape, and murder than the idea that some celestial dictator said not to and is watching you.

Yahweh (according to the bible) told you that it was cool to keep slaves, stone your unruly children to death, kill women who arent virgins on their wedding day, and force women to marry their rapists (and give her dad $50).

I get that you 'think' you have found some philosophical 'gotcha' question but you are simply wrong about that. You have better morals than the god of the bible. Before you go down this road again try to think about those simple facts. And perhaps read the whole bible sometime.

Where do some people get the false idea that so-called "post-modernist, secular, relativists" either have no morality, cannot make moral or ethical judgments, or cannot meaningfully contribute to and participate in the social construction of secular moral frameworks as the basis for laws and civil codes?

    Such people make no sense.

I hope this guy rots in prison for the rest of his live. But the fact is we cannot prove that 'god' didnt tell him to do exactly what he did.

Serious question for the post-modernist, secular, relativists: How can we "impose our morality" on someone like this. Can't he marry whomever he really loves ?
If you claim that he is "doing harm", then that implies you can judge what "harm" is, which is a judgement in itself. Child marriage (and polygamy) actually have a longer human history of acceptance than many things that we are urged to accept today. Yet we can "impose our morality" and "restrict them from marriage".
