Paul Dahl was my excellent institute director at the University of Oregon my last year of law school there. I'm sure I was acquainted with Taylor's father. Great story! (Family resemblance is remarkable.)

What a wonderful tribute to his grandfather! And he even resembles him.

Taylor, this is Mrs. Randall, your old music teacher from Neely and Oak Tree! I was so excited when I saw this article in the Deseret News. I love your idea, and am amazed at what you have done. I think that photos are the best way to 'freeze a memory'! Way to go, I'm proud of you!

This is fantastic! Now to pull out my Dad's slides from his Aussie mission and Euro tour of duty in the Air Force! I'm inspired!

This is great. So many different ways to connect to our ancestors that don't necessarily have to fit in the traditional ways we have been taught but accomplish the same thing. Taylor clearly has done that and he's the richer for it. Thanks for writing and publishing stories like this. Way to go Taylor...
