    Great article, I think it captures the essence of Kimbra's music very well.

    I started listening to Kimbra because of the Gotye song (probably the way most people found her music). I was surprised by how original and powerful her music is and how it evolves from album to album. Listen to "Settle Down" from Vows and then "90s music" from Golden Echo and they are about as different as two pop songs could be.

    I'm glad there are artists like Kimbra out there and that she's playing Salt Lake.

    I was introduced to Kimbra via Gotye as I think most Americans were. I was super impressed with her vocal style and incredibly catchy. "Good Intent" is particularly infectious.
