    So, we're replacing one group of political appointees with another group of political appointees, made by a governor with a poor track record of making political appointments, and changing the name of the second most corrupt organization in the state of Utah, all to the tune of $50 million. Well, I'm convinced we've solved the problems in mass transit - NOT!

    ""There are a hundred questions," the board chairman, Greg Bell, said after the 45-minute presentation, which included details about when exactly the transition will take place. The bill only says the new appointments must be in place by November"

    I'm sure they'll find those answers in a 10 day "fact finding trip" in Tahiti or Monte Carlo.
