Unlike the scenario of a recent Studio C skit where scores of Star Wars spin-off movies had been made about each storm trooper in the hangar scene (even one we just the boot of), we really don't care (and aren't meant to) about who is under the helmet. These are roles that can be handled by extras. As is the general consensus, the talents of Gwendoline Christie are wasted in this role and her fans are justifably disappointed. Within the context of the plot she should have died in the first film in the trash compactor on the planet that completely blew up, and ditto for the obliterated space craft into whose burning pit she fell.
