Maybe the government should just put into effect the "Free Speech Zones" like we had in the prior Olympics right now. Think how much easier life would be for the government if you only had "Free Speech" in certain zones. For example, limit free speech about the UTA board, prison relocation, 0.05 DUI legislation, and the homeless problem to small areas - the Rio Grande area would be perfect. Maybe the government could limit newspaper distribution to small areas too.
The government could just engage in 'enhancement' of Rocky Anderson's idea.

who says the citizen tax payers are ready to get involved in another 20 year unlimited tax burden? I think its time the citizens be allowed to thier voice their in this pickpocket scam. WE just got fleeced by the governor in November to fund relocation of the prison from state owned property and buy another thousand acres of marsh land near the GS L at a continually increasing estimate nearing the $Trillion dollar bench mark with the new $365/yr property tax bond to fund annual prisons operations.

It turns out the Silicone Slope prison project to lure investors to buy or lease this old prison property has failed.

Also the last elections the swamp smuggled in an unlimited Education tax bond for the next 40+ years that cannot be questioned or held accountable. It starts with a $500 billion dollar renewable property tax bond without representation or citizens to question.

Then we can't forget the 2002 Olympics fraud we tax payers put out over $20 million dollars and we are still paying $5 million annually for this supposedly cost free Olympic benefit. Now its time for the 1.5 million tax payers to have a voice. The other 1.5 million illegal residents of Utah don't pay taxes.
