    Any trial lawyer will tell you, you can hire a "medical proffesional " to prove anything you want.

    Boy! He said a mouthful there and, inadvertently I'm sure, made a beautiful case for smaller government.

    Which then, of course, begs the question as to why there is such an official in that position. Especially in a situation where they earn a salary approaching $200K and can't even be removed when they are demonstrably unable to perform the job!

    As tragic as Mr. Ott's situation was and as self-servingly sleazy as the treatment of him by his two "assistants" strongly appeared to be, the most disturbing thing about this whole affair to me is the fact that it has highlighted such incompetence in the general governmental structure which has been in place and uncontested, for many **decades**.
