It destroys a person's credibility when they make comments that lack substance. Wishful thinking about an impeachment that isn't going to happen is meaningless.

Stewart is right to ask this. We If we don't start somewhere cleaning up the exploitation of people and corruption that goes on in our gov't, it will never get better. We will never have an accountable and responsible gov't.

Fine with me. But let's also have Trump's sex abuse accusers appear before a Congressional committee. We need to know the substance of Donald Trump. This would be a good warmup to impeachment.

Al Franklin wants a senate ethics investigation because he knows nothing will happen. Nothing has happened after a senate ethics investigation in decades. All smoke and mirrors. “ But he said he was sorry.”

He needs to resign. The ends DO NOT justify the means.

And yes, I think Roy Moore should leave too.

I'd like to know about this as well...

However, the KEY here is what will Congressman Stewart DO about it?

Based on his response from both Donald Trump and Roy Moore -- Mr. Stewart will continue to be his spineless, partisan, coward, self, and not a do darn thing!

You may be right LOU. The Democrats all wear white, all go to church, and all are very pious. We all know that all Republicans wear black, beat their wives and kids, and should all belong in prison.

Rifleman, when and who made that implication? The mainstream media, not including FOX News, is making a clean sweep of any and all sex offenders. Al Franken called for his own investigation. They are certainly perging their own.

On the Republican side, all we see is dodging, excuses and lies. Terminate those sex offenders and do the moral thing.

How can this possibly be excused?

And I would like to see term limits, and a cap on salaries on Congress, but it will NEVER happen.
They're all too good at watching each others backs.

Could be there will be a lot of "talk", then a lot of "yeahing, and neighing", but at the end of the day ANY bill that would expose the fools would, undoubtedly, be eliminated via some sort of manipulative tactic.

    THATS what they do best!

Let's start with a legal definition; what is, exactly, sexual harassment? What is the US and, in our state, the Utah Codes. What was the legal definition decades ago vs today?

Let's move now to what is fact, that is actual evidence that would pass a judicial trial. Audio or visual evidence that can prove it happened. But, so far, it is a he said she said issue; that is hard to find it as sexual agreement. There are some that have acknowledged their sexual harassment. That should be taken care of.

Moving on, why is this coming our 10, 20, or even up to 40 years ago, people claim, and on the other side denies, sexual harassment. Why didn't those that claim sexual harassment just walk out and leave, or more why didn't they go to the police and the hospital to get taken care of it? There should be a limit on time to bring this up.

And lastly, do journalists get the real facts or are they just floating around enjoying keeping sexual harassment on the front page?

There are some who have said they were wrong, but when someone says no they haven't done anything, you better have strong facts to prove they did it.

"Post that list like a scoreboard and let Las Vegas take bets on what side is the worse. "

Probably the Republicans. The Democrats have a lot more elected women and women have much lower likelihood of being on the list.

A sound move by the congressman and a great example of how Congress follows and the people lead. In publicly held companies an inclusive, no harassment atmosphere has been the standard for years. It's only because of politicians like Trump, Moore, Clinton and Franken and the possibility of them losing power that they are now concerned with the issue.

When it comes to immoral behavior you will find sexual harassment settlements have been made by our good and honorable members of congress on BOTH sides of the aisle.
Some liberals have the idea that they should only be concerned when Republicans cross the line.

We refer to that as a double standard.

Stewart is right....and it is us the taxpayers who pay these people to be quiet. We have a right to know who these legislators are.

" It’s the American taxpayer that’s on the hook, with “no public disclosure and no consequences for the harasser,” said California Democratic Rep. Jackie Speier". The money comes from a special U.S. Treasury fund – and the payouts are kept quiet. That means, those found to be at fault are publicly shielded and don’t have to pay a penny out of pocket for settlement costs.

Al Frankin requested an immediate ethics investigation of himself.
I wonder if the GOP will follow his lead?

The laws exempting Congress from Federal sexual harassment laws must end as well as the cover-up fund.
