    This is comical.

    Moral values have become so confusing and watered down. Pathetic!

    If he broke the law, then he should be punished.

    But here's a question. If he didn't break the law and he was simply a massive jerk, should he be boycotted, removed from prestigious positions, etc?

    What society is saying, "We think you are immoral so we will censure you." What if he didn't think that it was immoral? Is the majority imposing its morality on an individual in such a way that we are taking away the right of an individual? Have we become puritans and we will require him to wear a scarlet letter "J" (for jerk" because he is a jerk.)

    Or is there some larger morality that is outside of society that we (and Weinstein) naturally know (i.e. we don't have to be told about it, we inherently know it) which Weinstein should have known all along and for which we are censuring him?
