    They wonder why?

You have not had a third-world experience if you have not dined next to disgusting drains, sewage pipes or heaps of garbage. Motorists who barrel into pedestrians at crossings or those who throw rubbish out of moving cars, and people who do not clean up after themselves at picnic spots, recreational areas, and self-service restaurants.

Their roads are full of speed demons and traffic offenders who ignore countless traffic laws and killed and maimed many road users. Any attempt to use a Visa card other than a bank will result in fraud. You have to carry your wallet zip into your front pants pocket or not carry one at all. If you take your eyes off your property it is gone, you can trust no one. This is the testament to a third world mentality.

And they wonder why they are missing millions of dollars?
