    Gill is slow as always.

It might be worth the wait if Sim's record were better, but it isn't.

Delays and extensions only increase the possibility of technicalities.

i'm missing something: what is the reason for an extension? clear case of murder in the first, kidnapping his friend and taking her up the hill into the mountains . . . what is missing here? is justice not going to be served b/c of any ... racial issues?

the sherrif needs to figure this out and book the dude on murder in the first! death penality, please ...

Come on, Mr. Gill. This is not hard. Murder 1 with death penalty.

Spend less time in front of TV cameras and more time getting the simple stuff like this done promptly. There is no excuse for asking for a delay for something as simple as filing charges, which can always be amended later.

1st degree murder... is it that difficult to be a lawyer

Mentally incapable/insane is not a cop out. Plus it is quite difficult to prove the condition in court. Like so many other things in our justice system, Hollywood does not get that right at all.

First degree murder is the right charge. Death penalty is welcome

How about 1st degree murder? He just murdered 2 innocent people in 2 states and destroyed their families. Seems that is deserving of 1st degree murder charges. Don't let him cop out with mentally insane.
