    So the city taxes the poor with the ZAP tax and uses part of that money to compete with private businesses which promote concerts. Ain't socialism grand?

    Get used to it SLC citizens. Most cities run by democrats end up in financial distress. This year it will be a concert, in a year or so basic services will be in trouble. This is what happens when you elect a mayor because you want to be politically correct.

    I can't believe the City allows $227,000 to be spent per show! Where are the taxpayers??!

    I've refused to go since it moved to Pioneer Park...why would I go to that part of town at all, let alone in the dark...

    Solution...get some decent talent to perform and a sound system that doesn't muffle every note if you're seated 50 or more feet from the stage.
