I thought it was quite a well written and interesting article. I liked his
favorable comments about living in Lithuania.
Interview with Kim Tuttle:WAIS: "Did it mean anything to you
to play a BYU cougar (former BYU player Brandon Davies)?KT:
"Absolutely not! Is that where , what's his name went?
"JM: Did you get any added satisfaction from beating a Ute (former
University of Utah forward Kim Tillie) while taking care of Olympiacos to
advance to the Final Four?BD: Absolutely!! I got a little extra
boost when he was (guarding) me."Gee, if only he could
experience playing against Kuzma, Wright, and Poeltl
Kim Tillie is old enough to be Davies' father, good for Brandon in
"getting extra incentive" when Tillie guarded him.Glad to
see the cougs continue to use Big Brother as a measuring stick in all things.
How desperate the writer must be than to turn this feel good story into a Red vs
Blue match up! Last I saw... even in the NBA...basketball is a TEAM
game So at best Davies' team beat Tille's team...it was
not a mano y mano beating.
Great interview. Cool to hear his experiences playing in Europe... it really
does seem like it can be a good gig for those who want to extend their playing
careers. Glad to hear he's having success.
