    I think the player who wanted more shots was Greg Ostertag. Jerry Sloan reminded him that the Jazz miss 50% of their shots, so if he wanted the ball more then he was more than welcome to go get some of those rebounds.

    As a former sports official I can tell you that a team's performance is as much mental as it is physical and that's true at every level of performance. I've witnessed high school basketball games where that fact was as evident as the maple wood floor on which they played the game.
