An amazing game and amazing performances put in by a tough, resilient team. To suffer a 19-0 run that would have kicked the stuffing out of almost any other team, and then to have the poise to cut a 10 point lead to 6 at the end of the third and then simply outplay your opponent in the 4th. Whatever remains for this teams in it's 2018 playoff journey--we have seen toughness and character that makes them easy to love and easy to pull for and they are going to be impossible for other teams to deal with over the coming years. Go Jazz!
Also--Incredibly sad news for Coach Pop and his family and friends. I hope he knows that good Utah fans join in sincere sympathy. He's a good man and a wonderful coach.

The best Jazz team we have had since the Stockton/Malone years. Mitchell absolutely deserves rookie of the year, but probably won't get it.

Great team effort! Without everyone's effort, the Jazz wouldn't have been successful. Great coaching to get the best match ups, and take advantage of an inch-or-two of separation.

    Impressive win.

Fantastic game. Just when I thought I had seen everything, D-Fav starts sinking three pointers. Meanwhile, that Donovan Mitchell spin move has OKC defenders bumping into each other trying to figure out where the ball is. Great basketball!

It was a relief when I saw Steven Adams got foul out. He was holding OKC at that point.

Mitchell is ROOKIE OF THE YEAR.

He took over late and pulled this one out of the fire.

The law of averages caught up with OKC tonight. The box score does not show it, but Joe Ingles did a great job! Rubio was great. Love me some D-fave. He'll be hard to stop in future games. And, of course, Mitchell proves again tha he should be All-NBA this year. Great win. So sorry to hear about Pop's wife. Prayers and condolences going out to San Antonio.

Some things had to go their way for the Jazz to take this one on OKC's court, but the Jazz should feel good about themselves for an outstanding defensive effort. They showed exceptional hustle and grit , highlighted by Favors & Rubio & Jerebko & an explosive final quarter by Mitchell. Can't wait for Saturday.

Derrick Favors was a total stud, 20 points and 16 boards. Mitchells despite going 0-7 from distance scored close to 30, and Rubio was great from downtown. The Thunder made absolutely everying they threw up in game one, and still only won by 6. We get back home court advantage, and bring home the series to the best fans in the league. Go Jazz!

The top three Jazz scorers all out scored the Thunder's three all stars. Not only that, but the three Thunder all stars were ALL held to around 30%. This game was won by tough defense. Mitchell was high scorer for the game at 28 points, but Favors was even better, percentage wise, even making 2 out of three three point shots. Now the Jazz have home court advantage.

Congratulations to the Jazz for a job well done. The adjustments made by Coach Q were outstanding and the players carried out the script to perfection. Special lauds to DF for an outstanding job on sweeping the boards clean with Rudy and then "selling popcorn at halftime".
