The knock on Korver is that he doesn't has has never played defense, which is the reason he's been on so many different NBA teams. The Jazz could use some shooting, but they already have a couple of guards that won't/can't play defense or set screens for other players. Hood and Burks. This puts even a bigger load on the interior defense without Rudy there. Quinn making this a three point shooting team really took them down the tube. Mitchell is a great one on one player with all star moves, he isn't a Korver like jump shooter. Hood is a jump shooter but this team fails to run hard set screens for each other neutralizing him. Ingles does many little things right, but he cannot make a shot unless he has time to count the seams on the basketball. If he is rushed he doesn't even try. They have no mid game at all. Trade Hood and Burks while they are healthy. Let Exum walk at the end of the season. Time to rebuild.

One of the Jazz lamest moves was letting Kyle Korver go, My how they could have used the guy in the years he has not been wearing Jazz colors whatever they happen to be.
    The Skinny on Korver.
Korver is averaging 10.3 points and shooting .462 from 3-point range since joining Cleveland. In Saturday's 131-127 win over Orlando, Korver's lone 3 tied him with Paul Pierce for fourth place in NBA history.

Cleveland is $30 million over the salary cap, whether they can afford to keep KK is a very big question, I think they’ll move him. He never gets the ball, too many shooters and pounders inside the line.

Isaiah Thomas Korver is averaging 10.3 points and shooting .462 from 3-point range since joining Cleveland. In Saturday's 131-127 win over Orlando, Korver's lone 3 tied him with Paul Pierce for fourth place in NBA history.

Isaiah Thomas is coming back from and injury further eliminating the need for Korver. Utah grabbed a few over-the-hill journeymen to try and soften the blow from Jordan Haywood’s bail, they dumped one of their worst 1st round picks, the man from Who-ville Joey Babalou.
The Jazz have buckets of money they can use to turn their sinking fortunes around.
