A USU win in Arizona Bowl would give Matt Wells some deserved space

USU is in the same position coaching-wise as the vast majority of Division I-FBS programs (coach does well and gets snatched up by a better school). And where Utah was when Utah was in the MWC.

Matt Wells is 2-1 in bowl games and could be 3-1 this week.

New Mexico State went 2-2 in non-conference games losing at Arizona State and at Arkansas, but beating their main rivals New Mexico and UTEP.

The Aggies will win--that much is guaranteed. I am pulling for the Utah State Aggies in this one.

Brad Rock just can't stop dissing Utah. TheUtes won, forget about mentioning "if they lost". The only team not represented here is BYU because they were not good enough.

The Aggie actually lost to Air Force.

Best of luck aggies; this Ute is pulling for you. Always do unless youre playing us.

The tough thing about coaching at USU is if you're crummy, you get fired. If you're excellent, another better program hires you away. Stay in the middle, somewhere around mediocre to warm, and you'll have a job forever.

A win for Utah state should be automatic. New Mexico State is absolutely horrible. Anything less than a 25 point win would be embarassing.

The only game that matters to usu is the byu game. Byu is their rival and makes or breaks their season. A bowl win vs a horrible team in possibly the worst bowl in the country is meaningless.
