    "Wisdom doesn't always come with age"

    Indeed. Some people in their lives will have 70 years of experience in life and others will have 1 year of experience 70 times.

    Trump and Orrin should retire before they go completely daft.

    Watching Orrin avoid answering questions while a handler whispers in each ear looks like something out of an dystopian movie about the fall of America. Then in the White House we have president day care watching conspiracy TV, and State TV, while interns search for flattering stories to quell the angry child/mans ego.

    How does one take a ceremony celebrating Navaho hero's and turn it into insulting a congresswoman, which had nothing to do with the ceremony in the slightest, he's unbelievable embarrassing to the office.

    Copybook, Comrade, what does any of that have to do with the article?

    So Steven Hirschi believes that Orrin Hatch is really a Democrat in disguise? That the most amusing thing I've heard in years.

    'Just where do you fall on the political spectrum when Hatch isnt 'conservative enough' for you?" -Thomas Jefferson

    Oh, about 3 standard deviations to the right...

    @RanchHand

    Hatch was democrat from Pennsylvania who came to Utah and fraudulently sold himself as a republican.

    He spent all his years closely working with democrats and supporting democrat policy and nominations.

    Hatch only spoke conservative during election time to win elections.

    @Esquire

    We already suffered 8 years of democrat leadership and we were NOT better off. That has been proven.

    @Thomas Jefferson

    You clearly have no idea about the political spectrum or of conservatives if you are so extremely left/liberal biased if you stereo-typically think everyone right of the center left are extremists.

    --

    With the demonstrated extreme leftist and biased thinking and hate from the leftist and liberal commentators here, who think everyone who opposes there viewpoint or is not like them is their enemy and should hated and be treated inhumanely , it is no wonder there can be no compromising or working with with the left.

    Which affirms this letter and certainly doesn't show wisdom.

    "Take a look at the democratic party ... and ... Senator Hatch..."

    --- Uhm, Senator Hatch is a Republican.

    You don't have to be wise to see what Trump and his supporters are all about.

    How many people would accept sexual assault on their child or wife?

    Some how this is acceptable behaviour to Trump Supporter.

    You don't have to have a lot of wisdom to see the problem here.

    Just where do you fall on the political spectrum when Hatch isnt 'conservative enough' for you? I submit that you fall...fight off the ultra right edge.

    What a cynical, misinformed letter. Here's a new flash for you: you will do better with a Democrat in office.

    He's 71 years old, and wants us to be chasing conspiracy theories. He doesn't need the launch codes, he needs to be on a lawn in New Jersey, yelling at the passing children.

    Agreed.

    Nancy Pelosi just said in an interview (regarding accusations of sexual misconduct leveled against John Conyers ) that "we are strengthened by due process".

    This was said by the same person who's trying to turn Obama's 'Dear Colleague' letter into Federal law. For anyone who isn't aware this letter resulted in a national network of 'campus kangaroo courts' that deny male students the most basic due-process protections when faced with the same accusations that John Conyers is now facing. The wisdom is not strong with that one. But boy does she raise a lot of money.
