Muellers indictment against Trump staffers Mannafoert and Gates are for money laundering with deals involving ukrainian companies to hide profits and avoid taxes, all alleged activity occurred a couple of years prior to Trump even announcing he was Running for Pres.

Mueller hopes these indictments will force more cooperation from Mannafoert and Gates regarding Russian collusion, or is simply because they have no evidence of any Russian collusion.

Then we have the matter that Hillary recently admitted publically that she helped finance the now debunked Trump dossier which was intended to force negative politics towards Trump which also in this dossier Mannafoert and Gates are mentioned.

So who do we believe? Van Jones publically stated Russian collusion was a "big nothing burger".

So far there is no evidence that links Trump to any so called Russian collusion.

Until there is anything news worthy, if I were the whitehouse press secretary I would be rolling my eyes too at every question coming from the liberal MSM regarding a topic that has no base or fact to it.

Maybe we should be looking into the Clinton camp since this all started with her and the dossier.

    @HaHaHaHa;

It's difficult to not be "sour grapes" when, daily, we watch as the President and his Republican cronies are doing their very best to destroy our country.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders should turn in her Christian Card; she's shown that she's willing to sell her soul for 20 pieces of silver for Donald Trump. That is a perfect example of a lack of 'morals'.

I always wondered how the Nephites could fall for the lies of Anti-Christs in their days --

    I don't wonder that anymore....

Apparently this is really going to last forever. There is no moving on for the sour grapes crowd, who can't get over mrs bills loss in the last election. Lets go ahead and keep up this witch hunt, and farce of an investigation. We have plenty of time and financial resources to chase a rabbit down it's hole. The current press secretary is actually quite impressive given the very partisan, and agenda driven bunch of fools she has to deal with on a daily basis. Keep up with the hard hitting news like Trump drinking out of a water bottle, or the lastest version of verbal gas that colbert passed on his late night tv show.

Mueller is a Clinton supporter so it is hard to believe anything he says or does.

    ------------------

You know, don't you, that Mueller is a registered Republican and is professionally totally apolitical. Claiming otherwise is a blatant attempt to contest and obscure the fact that he's finding plenty of corruption and Russian collusion in the present administration, and isn't turning a blind eye to it. As an old law school adage says -- when neither the law nor the facts support your position, try to subvert the other party.

Tucket.."Mueller is a Clinton supporter so it is hard to believe anything he says or does."

That's insulting and says far more about you than the reality of a professional class of technocrats.

Expertise, and Professionalism has gone to die on the heap of Trumpism. Truth was the first to die, and now with liberal democracy and it's institutions under public attack from the "duly elected" keeper of the flame, America is in an existential struggle as readily called out by classical Republicans as Democrats.

Sean Spicer was the substitute teacher who was two seconds from losing the class. Sarah Huckabee-Sanders has lost the class and is demanding everyone "respect" her. It's not working.

Americans of a certain political stripe just love it when either of the two Press spokespersons for trump get up before the nation and tell tall tales.

Americans of a certain political stripe just love it when the president tweets out obviously erroneous information (I am starting to run out of adjectives for lies, Help me please some one, give me a new list!).

Americans of a certain political stripe actually believe most news outlets (excepting Fox of course) broadcast incessant propaganda and false news.

Americans of a certain political stripe fell for all the Facebook & Tweeter Russian Political Disinformation that turned an election.

Americans of a certain political stripe are willfully ignorant, and let us face it, don't really want to know or understand what is really happening to our weakened government and our newly debased society. It has taken just a few months to turn the US into a Banana Republic. That is a feat!

It's not just the press secretaries. There are a variety of trump apologists, Conway, for example, or Sebastian L.v. Gorka (check out the 'v'), or Bannon, that have to do more than put out the message. They perpetuate the alternate fact reality.
Confronted with evidence, and there is lots, they have to lie. Flat out, unflinchingly, lie. But they do it. And, they do it well.
They will tell you black is white and up is down and look, a Benghazi squirrel distraction. What about someone not elected doing something we're doing?
    It's working pretty well.

When it comes to Trump and Russia, some Republicans have a hard time accepting anything said by Democrats. Therefore, I submit the following words from a good Republican, Michael Gerson, the former chief speechwriter for President George W. Bush: “In all of this, there is a spectacular accumulation of lies. Lies on disclosure forms. Lies at confirmation hearings. Lies on Twitter. Lies in the White House briefing room. Lies to the FBI. Self-protective lies by the attorney general. Blocking and tackling lies by Vice President Pence. This is, with a few exceptions, a group of people for whom truth, political honor, ethics and integrity mean nothing.”

Let's keep in mind that Trump won by 19 percentage points in Utah, whereas he lost nationally by a couple of percentage points. There may be a message there.

Spot on. The public would be much better served by a White House press secretary who did not roll her eyes in annoyance and sulk like a teenager who's being lectured to by a parent in response to challenging questions from the press corps.

Every press secretary has to be able to spin in favor of the Oval Office. That's part of the job. We've come to expect that along with the accompanying cat-and-mouse dynamic between an administration and the White House press corps. But the degree of gaslighting, denial, and moving of goalposts we've seen in two successive press secretaries has been startling.

Press conferences are no longer about informing the public and answering questions on the White House's agenda. They've become a vapid reality TV show. But there's still a disturbing number of people who eat it up because they are impressed by style over substance.

And in case anyone happens to be tracking the number of times Huckabee-Sanders has used her go-to response of "I'll have to get back to you on that" when she doesn't feel like answering -- has she ever actually gotten back to anyone?

Good point. But, the true Trump supporters will swallow whatever Huckabee Sanders lies about. The good part is, fringe Trump voters are seeing through the "alternative facts" and realizing what they voted for.
