    Too much jealousy indeed!

And too many cupcakes. Playing just 3-5 decent teams doesn't entertain the fan base. On the other hand, losing to several of the 8 cupcakes is a real downer. With the weather and the opponent tomorrow, how empty will the stadium be? Oh well, " ...we still have have the Bowl game in Hawaii..."

A BYU fan who suggests that Utah's jump to a P5 team "isn't working out" is jealous that their team stuck in independence, and Utah merited an invitation and they didn't........And besides, what do you expect? Utah to drop out of the PAC-12? Remember, despite this being a down year, the past 3 seasons have found Utah ranked in the Top 25 in all 3 major polls (AP, Coaches, and CFP). Coach Whit must be doing something right.

Remind us of where BYU ended up the past 3 years in terms of rankings........wait......I hear crickets.

Rich Daddy: “Pac-12 membership just hasn't worked out as expected.“

Says a jealous BYU-P fan. Actually, it’s worked out better than expected. No educated football fan expected Utah to make the jump to P5 level and win the Conference. This is a down year, but the previous three ended with Utah nationally ranked and in every CFP poll. We’ll take it.

Pac-12 membership just hasn't worked out as expected. Since joining in 2011, the Utes have a conference record of 27-34 (0.443), which puts them 8th in the league, ahead of only Cal, Arizona, OSU and Colorado. The best season was in 2015 which earned them a trip to the Las Vegas Bowl.

Mid level teams in major conferences will excel only with an excellent coach. Whittingham has demonstrated that he is a very good coach, at best.

Whittingham needs to go. Not just because of this season, though. But for his constant inability to seize critical moments and opportunities that could really take the program to the next level.

By the way, I used to be a total Whittingham homer until I got too frustrated watching his teams blow conference race leads and mediocre offenses year after year.

And who do you want to replace him with? Kalani Sitake?

I'm not sure if Bingham HS's defense wouldn't pose a problem for the Utes.

Fire Whittingham. He has had 10 years of inept offense.
