Constantly denying my comments is a violation of free speech. I made a comment on this matter and Deseret News refused to post it.

C.B. Stirling; Human Resources (HR) is the last place you will ever get help.

It has been my experience for the past 40 years that all HR cares about is their golf game or their little world of office politics. Anything outside of insurance questions they are of NO VALUE.

Of course, if it is sexual harassment they will go on an inquisition and if the evidence is hugely overwhelming they will take action because they don't want a lawsuit on their hands. Then it is back to their little world.

If HR wanted to make a difference they would be out on work floor learning the worker's names and understanding the environment. Not once a month but every day.

Nothing is more important than presence.

(C.B. Stirling. Don't ever put up with that crap. You are smarter and better than that. Quit that job and go find a better job. You will not believe how much it will build your selfesteem.)

You know what worker organizing is don’t you C.B.? It’s taboo in the great State of Utah.
